NFH Expo 2026 Officially Opens, Bringing Together Indonesia’s F&B and Hospitality Industry

Tangerang, July 9, 2026 – Nusantara Food & Hotel (NFH) Expo 2026 has officially opened at Hall 3, Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD City, Tangerang. Running from July 9–12, 2026, the exhibition brings together key players from Indonesia’s food, beverage, culinary, and hospitality sectors under the theme “Tap Into Indonesia’s Finest Delicacies.”

As Indonesia’s food and hospitality industries continue to grow, NFH Expo 2026 serves as a strategic platform connecting manufacturers, distributors, business owners, industry professionals, associations, and communities. The opening ceremony was inaugurated by Ni Luh Puspa, Vice Minister of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia, alongside representatives from government institutions, industry associations, and the event organizer.

Several industry leaders attended the opening ceremony, including Gusti Laksamana, Secretary General of Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia (SCAI); Minerva Taran, Chairwoman of Indonesian Catering Association (PPJI); Rafael Triloko Basanto, President of Association of Culinary Professionals (ACP) Indonesia; Louis Tanuhadi, President of Indonesian Pastry Bakery Society (IPBS); and Rafidi Iqra Muhammad, Director of PT Debindo Global Expo.

During the opening ceremony, Rafidi Iqra Muhammad, Director of PT Debindo Global Expo, highlighted the importance of collaboration in developing Indonesia’s food, beverage, and hospitality sectors.

According to Rafidi, NFH Expo 2026 represents the company’s commitment to supporting sustainable industry growth through innovation while celebrating Indonesia’s natural resources and culinary heritage.

Through NFH Expo 2026, SCAI presents the Indonesia Brewers Championship (IBrC) – Western Region, a competition designed to support professional brewers and strengthen Indonesia’s specialty coffee industry.

Indonesia’s specialty coffee industry continues to gain recognition internationally, supported by diverse coffee origins, talented professionals, and growing consumer interest in quality coffee experiences.

Another major highlight of NFH Expo 2026 is the Nusantara Culinary Challenge (NCC).

Organized in collaboration with PPJI and ACP Indonesia, the competition provides a platform for chefs, culinary professionals, students, and emerging talents to demonstrate creativity and technical expertise.

Minerva Taran, Chairwoman of PPJI, stated that NFH Expo provides an opportunity for catering professionals to expand networks, exchange knowledge, and improve industry standards.

Meanwhile, Rafael Triloko Basanto from ACP Indonesia emphasized the importance of innovation and professionalism in strengthening the competitiveness of Indonesian cuisine.
