Offering a refined new ambiance, The Maple Brasserie elevates Gunawarman’s dining scene with an all-day menu blending Indonesian, Asian, and Western flavors.
After eight wonderful years with Maple & Oak in Menteng, renowned for its signature Maple Butter Brioche, Maple Group is delighted to announce the launch of its second brand: The Maple Brasserie. Offering a modern, elegant, and classy all-day dining experience, The Maple Brasserie features a diverse menu blending Indonesian, Asian, and Western flavors. Founders Riva Lauritz, Kade Chandra, and Lukas Pantoni are excited to bring this refined concept to the heart of Jakarta in the vibrant Gunawarman district.
The Maple Brasserie is designed to cater to a diverse audience, from professionals in the bustling office area to families and individuals celebrating special occasions. Open from morning to evening, the restaurant offers breakfast and brunch options, as well as lunch and dinner service.
With a seating capacity of 100 guests, The Maple Brasserie features three distinct areas: a spacious indoor dining area, two intimate VIP rooms for private gatherings of up to 16 guests, and a charming outdoor space. The restaurant is thoughtfully designed to be family-friendly while also providing a comfortable environment for work-related meetings. The interior showcases a warm, earthy palette, incorporating wood, limestone, and lush greenery to create a relaxed atmosphere.
The culinary vision behind The Maple Brasserie is brought to life by Chef Adlar Pradipta, Chef Peter Nichlas Soetaniman, and Chef Fernando, whose expertise and creativity shape the diverse menu. Combining Indonesian, Asian, and Western influences, the dishes are crafted with a modern twist to deliver a unique dining experience.
Signature highlights include the Roasted Duck Breast, featuring 12-day-aged duck breast, soy-infused honey, vinegar, Dijon mustard, and duck jus, as well as the Spaghetti Alla Vodka, prepared with guanciale, tomato vodka sauce, cream, and Parmigiano Reggiano.
