Set to take place in The Penthouse’s warm and refined setting, Pantry Dinner Vol. 3 is centered around shared plates and a carefully crafted family-style presentation that invites conversation and connection. With each course, Chef Tita’s attention to quality and detail shines through. Starting from IDR 490,000++, this dinner experience transforms comfort food into culinary art by combining traditional flavors with innovative presentation and textures.

Starters: A Flavorful Prelude

Guests are greeted with an Artisan Bread Basket served alongside a flavorful tomato oil. This initial course paves the way for the fresh and creamy Tomato Burrata, a starter that combines pickled cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and a tomato oil vinaigrette with a touch of balsamic glaze, creating a delightful mix of tangy and rich flavors.
